Timeline

Following conversations with stakeholders and a four-week public consultation, Panattoni will review the feedback and submit a planning application to Maidstone Borough Council.

It is hoped the council will be able to make a decision in Q3 2026, with the aim of getting construction under way before the end of the year, targeting first occupations by spring 2028.
