Following Panattoni's purchase of the Aliaxis factory site – better known locally as the Marley Works – on the A20, we want to introduce ourselves and give the local community a virtual look behind the gates.

This website is a key part of our engagement with the residents of Lenham and Harrietsham as we prepare our proposals for the 70-acre brownfield site. We can confirm the site will be retained for employment, rather than new homes.

Proposals for the demolition, remediation and comprehensive redevelopment for the site’s sustainable future
Assessing the benefits of the redevelopment for the local community, economy and environment
Finalising the timeline for a planning application to be submitted to Maidstone Borough Council
Preparing for comprehensive in-person and online engagement with the local community to get feedback on the project
